What Happens After Closing
Once closing is finalized, IPS activates your Online Homeowner Portal, where you can:
- Pay association dues online
- Submit Architectural Review Committee (ARC) requests
- Access governing documents
- Stay informed with community updates
If your community has amenities, such as a pool, clubhouse, or boat ramp, you will also receive information on how to access and enjoy them.
