Submit an Architectural Request

When is an ARC Request Required?

If you are planning any exterior modification or addition, an Architectural Request (ARC) must be submitted and approved before starting your project.

Common examples include:

  • Installing a fence
  • Expanding or modifying your driveway
  • Adding a shed
  • Changing the color of your door and/or shutters
  • Building a deck or extending a patio
  • Installing a pool

If you’re ever unsure, it’s always best to submit a request or reach out for guidance.

Why Does This Matter?

Associations have established guidelines to help maintain consistency, protect property values, and support the overall appearance of the community.

Starting a project without prior approval may result in fines of up to $100 per day until the issue is resolved
