Leah Schuch
Owner/General Manager
Leah Schuch is a dedicated real estate broker and entrepreneur based in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Licensed as a REALTOR® since 2011, she has over 15 years of experience specializing in buying, selling, renting, relocations, foreclosures, and short sales.
As a Navy child and Marine spouse who has supported her husband through multiple combat deployments, Leah deeply understands the challenges of military life—frequent moves, tight budgets, and unique family needs. This makes her a trusted advocate for Jacksonville’s predominantly military community (over 95% of the market), assisting clients locally, nationally, and internationally.
In 2018, drawing from her frustrations as a Realtor, investor, and HOA owner, Leah founded Innovative Property Solutions (IPS), a full-service property management firm in Jacksonville. IPS provides residential property management, association management, and customized solutions, emphasizing integrity, innovation, proactive operations, technology, and transparent communication to protect investments and enhance experiences for owners, tenants, and communities.
Leah stays current with industry best practices through her active membership in NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers). She is affiliated with 360 REALTY in Jacksonville, serving Onslow County and surrounding areas. Passionate and client-focused, Leah combines expertise with empathy to deliver rewarding real estate experiences.
Adam Kiefer
Owner
Adam Kiefer is also the owner of 360 REALTY, our trusted sister company in Jacksonville, NC. As a valued partner to Innovative Property Solutions (IPS), he brings extensive expertise and a shared commitment to excellence in property management.
A dedicated Marine Corps veteran with 8.5 years of honorable service, Adam settled in Onslow County in 1999 and built a successful contracting business. This hands-on experience gave him in-depth knowledge of home construction, quality analysis, and property maintenance. These insights align closely with IPS's focus on protecting investments and delivering lasting value for property owners.
Adam's leadership and partnership help guide IPS toward reliable, client-centered solutions. He upholds core values of honesty, dedication, and professionalism, emphasizing accessibility, clear communication, attentive listening, and prompt service to ensure properties are well-maintained and investments perform optimally.
With deep Eastern Carolina market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record (including serving as President of the Jacksonville Board of Realtors and receiving REALTOR of the Year in 2019), Adam supports our mission to reduce ownership stress, maximize returns, and build long-term trust.
Tonya Ramsey
Director of Property Management
Tonya Ramsey has been a resident of Jacksonville since 1998, having relocated from the Atlanta area and quickly growing to appreciate the accessibility and quality of life Onslow County offers—an area she is proud to call home. She married her husband, Tim Ramsey, a Jacksonville native, in 2002, and together they have two sons, Jake and Rhett.
Tonya has been dedicated to the real estate industry since 1994 and has built a successful career working alongside some of the industry’s top agents and agencies, with a passion for building long-term relationships with clients by creating an exciting and enjoyable client experience. She spent 17 years serving as Broker-in-Charge and Sales Manager for Military Relocator, where she developed extensive experience in leadership, operations, and client service. In 2024, Tonya joined Innovative Property Solutions as Director of Property Management. She values the collaborative and professional environment at IPS and takes pride in delivering property management services at the highest level.
Alicia Hill
Director of Association Management
Alicia Hill is a dedicated military spouse of 25+ years and an experienced leader with a dynamic background spanning corporate, government, and community service. She built a strong foundation in management and leadership while working for two Fortune 500 companies, then began her government service overseas in Japan supporting transitioning service members and their spouses as they navigated the move back into civilian life.
Alicia later expanded her impact as a government contractor, helping support the world’s largest workplace giving program contributing to initiatives that have raised billions of dollars for charities across the globe. Her passion for association management was sparked through serving on the Board of Directors for her own homeowners association, where she leveraged her expertise in volunteer leadership, human relations, budgeting, and contract management. That experience opened the door to a new and rewarding career path rooted in service, structure, and community success.
